Who can use mira Essential multivitamins?
Essential is designed and formulated for women ages +18. We recommend that you consult your doctor prior to use if you are considering taking dietary supplements for the first time, or are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have any medical condition.
How should I take the vitamins?
Life is already too complicated so we make sure you put in your body as little as possible. We designed a product that only needs 1 capsule a day! Take your capsule with a glass of water preferably in the morning, with or without food.
Where should I store my vitamins?
Store product in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight. Leave it in a place that reminds you to take your vitamins each day to stay on track.
Are your vitamins vegan?
Not yet! Every ingredient has been selected to choose the vegan option, take Omega3 DHA as example: Instead of fish oil,- increasingly seen as unsustainable-, we chose vegan algal oil. However, we are still working on a new soft gel shell option that will be fully vegan.
Do your vitamins contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or sugar?
Mira vitamins are formulated without dairy, gluten, nuts, or sugar and are tested to be below detectable levels.
Is this vitamin non-GMO?
Mira Essential use Non-GMO ingredients.
Vitamins typically make me nauseous, how do I know that yours will be any different?
We worked on several things to help you with this! Soft Gel capsules that will make it easier to swallow and that also help with the ideal absorbtion of nutrients. Plus we chose a gentle encapsulated version of iron to minimize a potential metallic taste. Additionally, it comes essenced with a hint of lemon to minimize potential uncomfortable fishy/algae burps from the omegas!
What's that smell in my bottle?
Who doesnt enjoy the smell of lemons! To minimize the smell of DHA Omega 3 we added a hint of lemon.
When do my mira vitamins expire?
Your will find the expiration date of your monthly supply on the back of your poutch.
When will I start feeling something?
After 2-3 weeks you could be sleeping better and feeling more energetic. But still, even if you do not “feel” so different, remember that mira Essential includes ingredients to promote & improve the immune support, bone health, brain health and cardiac functions.
Can these be taken with prescription medication?

What kind of testing do you do on your vitamins?
At mira we work with our own in house lab. This allows us to thoroughly select our suppliers and supervise the purchase of all ingredients just before manufacturing to guarantee the quality, identity, purity, strength and composition. Our products are Made in Spain under food GMP standards.
What if I take more than the recommended dose?
You should only take the recommended dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you experience an adverse event or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact a healthcare professional.
I have the MTHFR gene mutation, will these still work for me?
We've got you covered! It turns out that up to 1/3 of women have that gene variation, and that means their bodies can't efficiently utilize folic acid. For that reason we choose folate 5MTHF. Read more in our ingredients tab.
