What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay y G Pay!

What does MM YY and CVC mean?

The abbreviation MM / YY corresponds to the expiration date of the credit or debit card you are going to pay with. You will find it on the front of the card, below "expires end". ... On the other hand, the term CVC refers to the three numbers that you will find on the back of the card.

When will I be billed?

You can always see your next billing date by going to Your Plan and selecting the subscription you'd like to see the billing date for. You should see the next charge date there!

Will I be billed on the same day each month?

Because our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days.

How do I update my billing information?

Easy-peasy! Just head to the Shipping & Payment page in your account and the card you enter will become the one we have on file for your future orders.

How does my subscription work?

It’s super easy! We send you a box of monthly vitamins every thirty days. You can edit your subscriptions or future packs any time, and we always remind you a couple days before any renewal order processes.

When will I receive my box each month?

Renewals are set to be delivered every 30 days starting from your first delivery.

Do I need an account to sign up?

Yes! The site allows you to create an account when you've placed an order.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can access your subscription by logging in and clicking Account > Manage Subscriptions. You can click on EDIT next to your subscription and through this area you can cancel, put on hold and resume your subscription at any time as well as change delivery dates, delivery address and billing information.

Can I just order one month's worth and not be subscribed?

Yes! We encourage you to subscribe because we know habits are sometimes hard to stick to and with your monthly delivery you won't foget to take them again, but if you just want to try us once we understand that too…

Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes you can! Just not on the website. Email us at my@themiralab.com and we'll take care of that for you!

I forgot my password!

No problem! Just go to www.themiralab.com and click Log in. If you forgot your password, type in your email address and click "forgot password". Then you'll be emailed a link to reset your password!

What is your return policy?

We stand by the quality of our product and if you don't completely love it, let us know within 15 days of your first delivery by contacting us at feedback@themiralab.com. We'll give you a full refund upon return of the product so that we can analyze it at the lab. If you have issues with subsequent orders, simply contact us at feedback@themiralab.com, tell us what happened, and we'll do everything we can to solve your issue.

What should i do if my product is damaged?

We are really sorry! Email us at feedback@themiralab.com and we'll make sure we mail you a new box right away!

Can I return unopened products?

Who doesn't change their mind everyonce in a while! Please email us at feedback@themiralab.es and we will let you know how to return the product and we will refund you the price (shipping at your cost!)
